Training Courses

This 5 day course builds on the learning from the green belt course with a more in-depth understanding of the Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. Statistical analysis plays a major part of this course in addition to leadership and project management skills learning. Students will receive all pre-reading material, the Dembridge student pack and refreshments as part of this course.

Successful completion of the green belt course is a pre-requisite to undertaking this course.
